We have been letting only our own properties in Liverpool for over a decade. We place great importance in our relationship with you, our tenants, and strive at all times to make your stay with us as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. We can do this because we are a small dedicated team based very close to all our properties, with the ability to react personally and quickly to any queries or issues that may arise during your tenancy, especially maintenance matters which we always aim to deal with as a matter of priority.

We are always there to deal courteously and efficiently with all other tenancy issues as well, like inventories, council tax problems etc.

We recently gained the esteemed C.L.A.S.S. accreditation for landlords from Liverpool City Council.

We take great care in constantly maintaining all of our properties to very high standards, and we believe that our properties offer excellent value for money with rents starting from just £37 pppw – and that includes your electricity water and gas usage!

All our properties are excellently situated in very safe parts of Liverpool, and they are all very close to either Smithdown Road or Lark Lane, which have always been the most popular places for students to live.
