We have been letting only our own properties in Liverpool for over a decade. We place great importance in our relationship with you, our tenants, and strive at all times to make your stay with us as comfortable and trouble-free as possible.

We can do this because we are a small dedicated team based very close to all our properties, with the ability to react personally and quickly to any queries or issues that may arise during your tenancy, especially maintenance matters which we always aim to deal with as a matter of priority.

We are always there to deal courteously and efficiently with all other tenancy issues as well.

We take great care in constantly maintaining all of our properties to very high standards, and we believe that our properties offer excellent value for money.

We recently gained the esteemed C.L.A.S.S. accreditation for landlords from Liverpool City Council.
